We chose the name The Vineyard on 30A to reflect our love for nature, beauty, and a more intentional way of living. Like a vineyard, it evokes a sense of timeless elegance, peaceful surroundings, and meaningful moments. This space was thoughtfully designed as a serene coastal retreat, where guests can relax, reconnect, and savor the laid-back luxury of Florida’s iconic 30A. Whether you're planning a family vacation, romantic getaway, or a relaxing trip with friends, The Vineyard has been carefully curated to offer everything you need for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay. All BRAND NEW kitchen, master bathroom, and decor, all that's left to do is drop your bags and enjoy your stay!
 
30A has an amazing selection of restaurants in all price categories, but if you do decide to stay home and use the brand new, fully equipped kitchen, you will be happy to know we have it heavily stocked with anything you might need. BRAND NEW pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. We also have a new coffee maker and a Keurig for you to use.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, and laundry detergent pods. Please note amenities provided are meant to be utilized as a starter set and are not intended to last the length of your stay. Please pack accordingly for longer stays.
 
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued. For your protection, we encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Airbnb guests have a separate cancellation policy.

Golf Carts: Golf Carts can be rented and parked at this unit. Please note, there are no golf cart charging stations so you must rent a gas-powered golf cart if you wish to use one. There is a gas station right next to our neighborhood to make it easy to fill up if necessary! We recommend renting a cart from Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals.
 
Security Deposit: Please note, a $300 refundable security deposit will be held 2 days prior to arrival.
 
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Please note, there is no elevator at this complex.
